Job Summary
Design and deliver Power Platform and AI solutions for client work, building apps, automations, and dashboards using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Develop Copilot readiness and intelligent workflows while connecting and transforming data from CRM, ERP, and finance systems with appropriate security controls. Maintain existing solutions, troubleshoot performance issues, and support user acceptance testing, training, and handoff documentation. Manage multiple client requests and prepare estimates for project-based engagements. Requires 3 to 5+ years of experience in a consulting or managed services environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5+ years of experience delivering Power Platform, business intelligence, or Microsoft 365 solutions in a consulting, managed services, or client-facing role
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modeling
- Working knowledge of Copilot, AI use cases, and intelligent automation, including readiness, adoption, and governance considerations
- Experience gathering requirements, scoping work, and preparing estimates for client-facing or internal projects
- Ability to explain technical concepts in plain language to business users and client stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple client requests at the same time
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a managed service provider, consulting, or professional services environment
- Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Graph, data gateways, refresh management, and workspace administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, or broader Microsoft data and reporting tools
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform products or AI
