Job Summary
Support the CFIUS Analytics team by developing and maintaining database solutions and application components based on provided designs. Implement internal APIs and ETL processes using Power Automate, Python, and Azure Data Factory, while managing integrations with external APIs and configuring data security measures. Build, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, and occasionally contribute front-end development with JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Assist in applying analytics and AI functionalities via AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search, and help manage deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps. Prepare and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States
- A solid understanding of the data science toolkit, including the difference between prediction and inference, various modeling techniques, and their tradeoffs
- Familiarity with generative AI concepts and their practical application
- Proficiency with Power BI for creating, publishing, and maintaining complex reports and data models
- Experience with Dataverse
- Experience with Power Automate
- Experience with Python (for scripting and testing)
- Experience with Azure Data Factory
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Experience with or exposure to AI Builder, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search
- Familiarity with concepts like Security Roles (data access), OAuth (external API), and Entra ID (tool connections)
