Job Summary
Power Platform and SharePoint Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance Power Platform and SharePoint Online environments. Responsible for environment strategies, solution packaging (ALM), governance and data loss prevention policies, security/authentication practices (Azure AD, Managed Identities, Key Vault), and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps. Design and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, workflows, and permissions; support provisioning, migrations, and upgrades. Develop and maintain documentation, deployment standards, and training materials; deliver workshops and ongoing support as part of the Power Platform and SharePoint Center of Excellence. Stay current with Power Platform and Microsoft 365 innovations and promote user adoption and maintainability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint administration (Online and/or On-Prem)
- SharePoint Online administration (sites, lists, libraries, workflows, permissions)
- Power Platform administration (AlM, governance, DLP)
- Experience with Dataverse modeling, security, ALM, and DLP frameworks
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Git for CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication and documentation skills; Agile environment experience
