Power Plant Construction Manager

Job Summary
Lead all field construction activities on a major power generation project with strong emphasis on safety, quality, accountability, and operational excellence. Oversee schedules, budgets, manpower, equipment, and subcontractor performance to ensure successful project delivery. Provide leadership to field supervision, safety personnel, quality representatives, and support staff; coordinate activities across multiple disciplines and resolve field issues to maintain productivity. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project stakeholders and ensure clear communication and alignment throughout project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered
- Proven experience leading large-scale power generation, utility, industrial, or heavy construction projects in a field leadership role
