Power Parts Sales and Service Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers, manage parts inventory to ensure availability for service orders, and deliver parts to site. Process customer orders, provide accurate price estimates, and assist in generating sales by promoting services and parts. Address customer inquiries and provide timely support while collaborating with service technicians and parts personnel to ensure seamless operations. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in customer service or coordination roles preferred.
