Job Summary
Maintenance and minor repairs of diesel engines, HVAC systems, and air quality equipment; troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on rental and customer equipment; complete service documentation; travel occasionally to customer sites; demonstrate equipment operation to customers; assist with equipment and parts pickup/delivery; provide high-quality customer service while growing into higher-level technician roles within the Service Department.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2+ years of experience maintaining or repairing diesel engines and/or HVAC equipment
- Intermediate diagnostic and repair skills across mechanical, hydraulic, diesel, and pneumatic systems
- Basic ability to read and interpret schematics and diagrams
- Own tools relevant to the position
- Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills
- Willingness to work in a safety-sensitive environment
