Job Summary
Perform basic diagnostics and equipment repairs on pumps and power systems, prioritizing safe returns to service to minimize downtime. Execute repairs on generators, power distribution, A/C, heaters, and shoring equipment while reading electric schematics and hydraulic flow charts. Maintain compressed air treatment systems including dryers, filters, and aftercoolers, and possess EPA section 608 universal certification for refrigeration work. This role requires lifting 25 pounds or more and working indoors or outdoors as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with repairing and maintaining Pump & Power equipment
- EPA section 608 universal Certification
- Ability to read electric schematics
- Ability to read hydraulic flow
- Experience with similar equipment
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds or more
- Must be able to work indoors/outdoors when required by the job
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of refrigeration (EPA Certified)
- Basic understanding of electrical engines and controllers
- Basic understanding of dehumidification equipment from CDI and munters
- Basic understanding of compressed air treatment (dryers/filters/aftercooler)
- Knowledge of generators
- Knowledge of power distribution
- Knowledge of A/C
- Knowledge of Heater
- Knowledge of Shoring
- Possesses an understanding of diesel equipment
- Possesses an understanding of generators
- Possesses an understanding of air compressors
