Power Generation Sr Central Maintenance Planner

Prepare estimates, refine scope, and develop bid documents for overhaul and outage work at FPL's fossil generation sites. Coordinate mechanical, civil, electrical, and I&C activities while performing jobsite walk-downs and scope validation. Establish accurate cost and schedule estimates in accordance with the Major Maintenance Process and write technical procedures. Administer procurement contracts and documentation to streamline activities through standardized processes. Utilize Maximo, Digital Worker, and Power BI applications to support planning efforts with limited guidance.
