Power Generation Sr Central Maintenance Planner

Prepare estimates, refine scope, and develop bid documents for maintenance work at FPL's Fossil Generation sites. Coordinate mechanical, civil, electrical, and I&C overhaul projects while performing jobsite walk-downs for scope validation. Establish accurate cost and schedule estimates in accordance with the Major Maintenance Process and administer procurement contracts and documentation for outage execution. Streamline activities using standardized processes, problem-solving techniques, and team engagement. Utilize Maximo, Digital Worker, and Power Bi applications to plan projects with high efficiency. Lead planning efforts for outage work and act as a planning liaison for matters within your field of expertise.
