• •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
• •Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• •Valid U.S. Driver's License required
• •3 year U.S. driving history
• •Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• •High School Diploma or GED
• •0-3 years previous mechanical and/or controls experience
• •Ability to speak, read, and comprehend fundamental English
• •Must be able to lift 49 lbs independently
• •Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs with a team lift
• •Ability to effectively communicate and comprehend the English language
• •Ability to understand all health and safety communications
• •Ability to possess a sufficient level of relevant equipment knowledge
• •Ability to comprehend verbal and written communications from the company and other employees
• •Ability to comprehend all operational and safety procedures
• •Ability to understand alerts and emergency notifications, including Responses to Alerts, Warnings and Emergencies
• •Ability to understand the contents of announcements and/or radio communications
• •Ability to effectively and independently communicate with customers, supervisors, and colleagues
• •Ability to prevent workplace accidents and/or injuries through effective communication
• •Ability to attend, participate, and complete the scheduled New Hire Safety training, including but not limited to H2S, Powered Industrial, and basic First Aid and CPR training
• •Attends and completes annual safety recertification training
• •Ability to work within a team concept to successfully complete assigned tasks
• •Ability to take instruction well and positively interact with other employees within the framework of assigned work groups
• •Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change, and be receptive to new instructions
• •Fully knowledgeable, compliant, and takes initiative to promote and work with digital platforms including Active Learner, Paycom, KPA, and other company-mandated systems
• •Possess basic proficiency in Microsoft platforms (Office, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• •Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate rig up rig down procedures within 3 months of employment
• •Ability to learn and effectively demonstrate the steps for outside rig up/rig down procedures and coupling room techniques
• •Strong ability to organize daily tasks and work within defined timelines to meet operational requirements
