Job Summary
Power Generation Integration Lead at Ponca City, OK: manages skilled service mechanics and technicians, assigns work, directs staff to ensure safe, efficient repairs, and communicates with customers and leadership regarding service progress. Coordinates parts availability, work orders, and scheduling; conducts annual performance reviews; investigates injuries or damages; maintains staffing and training schedules; handles time records and customer inquiries; requires strong generator control systems knowledge, Tier 4 Final emissions awareness, and ERP/MIS skills; must be able to travel up to 15% and work M-F, 8-5; HS diploma/GED required with 5+ years hands-on equipment diagnostics/troubleshooting experience; leadership, communication, and data-analysis capabilities emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. High School Diploma or GED required
- Dollege and/or technical degree in a relevant related field preferred
- Five or more years of previous hands on equipment diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting experience working on Caterpillar construction equipment
