Job Summary
This position requires an experienced Power Generation Field Technician to perform repairs on Marine Engines and Engine Power Generation equipment in the field. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe working environment, communicating with customers, performing service operations on Caterpillar engines and generators, and assisting electric power field technicians as needed. Technicians will be responsible for writing service reports, preparing documentation, and identifying opportunities for engine system sales. Candidates must possess an Associates Degree in Diesel Technology or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Diesel Technology or other closely related field
- Minimum of 5 years of directly related experience in power generation or engine service
- Experience preferably in a heavy industrial environment
