Job Summary
Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose standard problems with customer power generation equipment, then perform repairs by replacing batteries, chargers, block heaters, and other support equipment. Identify and order necessary parts to complete repairs and routine maintenance, while assisting senior technicians on larger jobs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all tasks follow established quality standards and safety procedures. Utilize laptop computers and portable diagnostic tools to organize work within given deadlines. Requires a high school graduate or GED with three to seven years of related experience, a clean driving record, and valid driver's license.
