Job Summary
Complete preventative maintenance and basic repairs on generators or components at customer sites using specialized tools and documented procedures. Engage with customers in a courteous and professional manner while diagnosing issues and preparing required parts. Perform all work adhering to Health, Safety & Environmental policies, reporting any incidents to your supervisor. Submit required documentation including service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims via handwritten forms or business systems. Maintain your service vehicle and tools for cleanliness and proper operation. Complete training in line with skill and business requirements. This role supports our Power Generation team in Round Rock, TX.
