Power Generation Central Maintenance Planner

Prepare estimates, refine scope, and develop bid documents for overhaul and outage work at FPL's fossil generation sites. Coordinate mechanical, civil, electrical, and I&C activities while performing job site walk-downs and scope validation. Establish accurate cost and schedule estimates in accordance with the Major Maintenance Process and write technical procedures. Administer procurement contracts and documentation to support outage execution, utilizing Maximo, Digital Worker, and Power Bi applications. Lead planning efforts for major and minor equipment maintenance activities, streamlining operations through standardized processes and problem-solving.
