Power Generation Central Maintenance Manager - Vero Beach, FL

Develop and maintain accurate project schedules while performing cost accounting activities, including variance analysis, standard cost development, and inventory control. Ensure all team activities comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley standards. Streamline operations using lean maintenance techniques and standardized procedures, assuming overall accountability for internal employee development and performance management. Manage internal and external resources to deliver safety, environmental, quality, schedule, and cost compliance for major maintenance activities across Florida. Requires 8+ years of experience with an MBA and Engineering degree highly preferred. Full-time exempt role with relocation support available.
