Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service by helping potential customers find power equipment matching their specific applications and needs. Conduct demonstrations, manage special orders, and coordinate deliveries for tractors, lawn mowers, and related accessories. Assist customers and mechanics with the retail financing process, warranty claims, and repair documentation in Salesforce. Maintain accurate inventory and store displays while ensuring equipment safety and proper maintenance. Cross-train associates and support other departments as needed.
Required Qualifications

- experience with relationship building and closing sales
- Expert knowledge and operational experience with power equipment
- Results oriented with retail sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build report, listen actively, and communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, instructions, and information clearly and concisely
- Proven track record of successfully adapting to new environments, responsibilities, and activities
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong background with using electronic equipment, including tablets, computers, and online applications
- Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Strong communications (written, oral and interpersonal skills)
- Ability to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unit
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
- Repetitive wrist movements on keyboard
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices
- Ability to use a ladder, pallet jack, and/or forklift
- Close vision for computer-related activities
