Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service by helping potential customers find power equipment matching their specific applications and needs. Conduct demonstrations, maintain accurate tractor inventory in store and Salesforce systems, and manage ordering for store stock and customer special orders. Assist customers throughout the retail financing process and coordinate delivery of equipment products. Perform pre-delivery inspections, receive and display power equipment, and cross-train other associates. Maintain the Salesforce system with current customer information and coordinate service and repair documentation with mechanics and parts departments. Ensure equipment displays and signage are set correctly to optimize sales while following the Outdoor Merchandising Guide.
Required Qualifications

- Expert knowledge and operational experience with power equipment
- Results oriented with retail sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build report, listen actively, and communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas, instructions, and information clearly and concisely
- Proven track record of successfully adapting to new environments, responsibilities, and activities
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Strong background with using electronic equipment, including tablets, computers, and online applications
- Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient
- Strong communications (written, oral and interpersonal skills)
- Ability to access and use the in-store computer, scanning system, and wireless handheld unit
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices
- Ability to use a ladder, pallet jack, and/or forklift
- Close vision for computer-related activities
