Job Summary
Senior Aero Sales Operations Manager responsible for the operational backbone of the Aero New Units commercial teams, owning demand planning, data analytics, and opportunity management. Acts as primary liaison between Commercial and ITR/manufacturing, ensuring data rigor and lean processes to support portfolio management. Key activities include managing Aero demand planning, collecting/validating analytics and global sales data, ensuring timely inputs for operating reviews, auditing sales and order pipelines with commercial teams, identifying data gaps, contributing to leadership reviews, applying lean thinking to simplify legacy processes, providing scenario planning and deep-dive analytics, leveraging AI-driven tools for reporting and communication, and developing standard work procedures for consistent business reporting. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in relevant roles, strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, and BI Power, and familiarity with P&L/financial metrics. The role is remote in the U.S. with some in-person locations and relocation not offered.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience
- 5 years of demonstrated experience of Strategic Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Commercial Finance roles, in the power industry
