Job Summary
Senior Aero Sales Operations Manager responsible for the operational backbone of Aero New Units commercial teams, owning demand planning, data analytics, and opportunity management; serves as the bridge between Commercial and ITR/manufacturing, ensuring data rigor, lean process improvements, and timely portfolio reporting; supports leadership with scenario planning, analytics, and AI-enabled reporting, and develops standard work procedures for reliable business reporting; requires strong cross-functional collaboration, analytical skills, and executive-level communication.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline or equivalent years of experience
- 5 years of demonstrated experience in Strategic Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Commercial Finance roles in the power industry
