Job Summary
Deliver high-quality field service support for medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, conducting testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance using specialized equipment. Act as a trusted technical representative on customer sites across the UK, Africa, and the Middle East, collaborating with engineering and project teams to resolve issues and share knowledge. Prepare all required documentation including safety plans, risk assessments, and technical reports while maintaining strict adherence to EHS standards. Mobilize internationally at short notice for extensive travel, working holidays and weekends as required by field assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical foundation in power distribution, drives, controls, or automation
- Power generation experience
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively (up to 80%) across the UK, Africa, and the Middle East
- Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance
- Ability to travel extensively to and from projects and various field assignments
- Willingness to work holidays, weekends and overtime as required by field assignments
- Ability to spend considerable time away from home for training and field assignments
Desired Qualifications
