Job Summary
Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing of the physical plant, including mechanical facilities, public areas, guest rooms, and Health Club amenities like hot tubs and pools. Ensure all mechanical rooms meet cleanliness standards and provincial codes while performing repairs across the property. Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team and utilize various hand and power tools for facility upkeep. Requires a 4th Class Power Engineering Designation, Pool Operator Level 1 qualification, and HVAC background. This full-time permanent role offers a starting rate of $34.60 per hour with tenure-based increases up to $42.70. Subsidized staff accommodation and complimentary meals per shift are provided. Candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Desired Qualifications
