Job Summary
Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced power conversion systems for high-voltage, grid infrastructure and renewable energy applications. Responsibility includes design of multilevel converter topologies, hardware integration and prototyping, system modeling and simulation (MATLAB/Simulink, LTspice, PLECS), and mentoring engineers while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Own troubleshooting, performance improvements, and documentation; drive cross-functional collaborations and lifecycle planning for hardware platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in power electronics design with emphasis on multilevel converter topologies and high-voltage systems
