Job Summary
Oversee power distribution for events at Encore venues in NYC, coordinating labor and equipment for load-in/load-out and ensuring safety and compliance. Collaborate with hotel event staff, local sales and operations teams, and Power Distribution leadership to manage power inventory, sub rentals, and cost reduction, while executing load plans and maintaining equipment per Encore standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Event Production Technology
- Interact professionally and effectively with a diverse work force, customer base and executive level management
- Must have strong administrative and organizational skills
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- Strong working knowledge of general business computer systems and functions
- Strong customer, client and coworker interface experience and abilities
- Experience in either the entertainment, theatrical or production environment is preferred
