Job Summary

In this role you’ll manage and configure power control projects from quotation through final billing, ensuring technical accuracy, on-time delivery, and customer service excellence. You’ll interpret customer-provided electrical drawings, one-line drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications to build accurate proposals; configure and manage projects using vendor tools like Rockwell Power Control Builder, PowerOne, SAP, and Eclipse; collaborate with Account Managers on bids, orders, and status; serve as a technical resource with knowledge of power control systems and vendor products; maintain relationships across departments and with vendor partners; monitor queues and progress to meet deadlines and quality standards; provide backup support for other Power Product Specialists; and represent Kirby Risk professionally in customer and vendor interactions.

Required Qualifications

  • College-level coursework or 4+ years of relevant electrical or power control experience
  • 3+ years of electrical product or power control sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical products, control systems, and their applications
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Continuous learner and collaborative team player
