Job Summary
Manage Southern Water's Power & Co-pilot Platform and automation ecosystem, ensuring core platforms like Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio remain secure, scalable, and resilient. Partner with architecture and security teams to define standards, improve performance, and support the rollout of AI and Copilot-driven solutions across the business. Produce technical standards and documentation while overseeing enterprise environments using Dataverse, Fabric, and Agent 365. Work within the Process & Automation Centre of Excellence to shape a scalable automation ecosystem, combining low-code technologies with orchestration to deliver smarter operations. This permanent, full-time role (37 hours/week) involves a hybrid schedule with minimum 2 days onsite and some travel to Falmer. Located in Durrington, the position offers a salary of £54,200–£66,400 and supports flexible start and finish times.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Admin, Power Platform Admin, Agent 365)
- Background in RPA / automation platforms
- Understanding of security principles (DLP, RBAC, Purview)
- Ability to manage enterprise environments (performance, resilience, support)
- Experience producing technical standards and documentation
- Minimum 2 days onsite
- Evidence of their identity
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Criminal record check (DBS)
- Verification of their employment and/or education history for the past three years
- Successful completion of all pre-employment checks
- Successful security vetting
