Power BI Solutions Analyst

Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards based on defined requirements, creating clear visualizations that support business decision-making. Maintain existing dashboards through break-fix, performance improvements, and incremental enhancements while validating data accuracy by reconciling reports to source systems. Troubleshoot reporting issues end-to-end and monitor environments for reliability, supporting user questions and providing advanced technical support for escalated issues. Collect and prioritize business enhancement requests, assess impacts on data flow, and contribute to project phases including planning, analysis, design, build, and test. Document system aspects and establish test environments prior to deploying upgrades using standard change management processes. Mentor others on system management and problem resolution while resolving project conflicts. Work in the office four days per week with one remote day, reporting to the IT team at a full-service construction company.
