Job Summary

Support business leaders with quick wins by building proof of concept solutions and developing BI semantic models using DAX measures, calculated columns, and star schema structures. Prepare, clean, and transform data from sources like Alteryx, Google Cloud Platform, SharePoint, and Quickbase to design reports with meaningful visuals that translate complex data problems into simple visualizations. Ensure alignment with industry best practices, documented KPI definitions, and SCI reporting templates while validating data accuracy, consistency, and performance. Publish and manage content across BI workspaces, create documentation for data sources and business logic, and collaborate with peers to resolve visualization issues. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM in a hybrid role at Stefanini Group, a CMM Level 5 IT consulting firm serving Fortune 1000 enterprises globally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Power BI development or related analytics work
  • Extensive knowledge of Excel, Quickbase, Tableau, Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service, including complex data modeling concepts, DAX formulas, and basic SQL querying skills
  • Mastery of visualization best practices and UI/UX for dashboards
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work effectively with business users and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
  • Location: 100 Deforest Ave., East Hanover, NJ 07936, USA (Hybrid: combination of remote and onsite work)
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Open for W2 candidates only

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • courses, internships or academic projects related to change management are a plus
  • Prior experience in Supply Chain, Operations or Manufacturing and/or knowledge of Supply Chain concepts is preferred
