Job Summary
Develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business stakeholders using advanced DAX measures, KPIs, and Power Query transformations. Design scalable data models with Microsoft Fabric and build ETL/ELT pipelines via Azure Data Factory, integrating data from SQL Server, SharePoint, REST APIs, and Azure Data Lake. Optimize report performance, implement Row-Level Security, and collaborate with analysts and engineers on requirement gathering, UAT, and production deployments following DevOps best practices. Requires 4–6 years of Power BI experience with strong SQL and Fabric expertise. Ideal for candidates with domain knowledge in Pharma, FMCG, or Sales & Distribution.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Power BI development
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem
- Expertise in SQL, DAX, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling
- Experience working with Azure Data factory, Synapse, and ADLS Gen2
- Knowledge of Power BI Service administration and deployment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Pharma, FMCG, or Sales & Distribution domain
- Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM)
- Microsoft Fabric or Power BI certifications
