Job Summary
Power BI Analyst to build, manage, and evolve Power BI dashboards; lead migration of Tableau dashboards to Power BI with like-for-like capability where appropriate, model data with DAX and M, collaborate with the data warehouse team and business stakeholders, and implement governance to ensure performant, trusted, and user-friendly reports.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in BI development or data visualization
- Hands-on Power BI experience
- Proven ability to build and manage production-grade dashboards (requirements through to publishing and support)
- Strong DAX and Power Query (M) skills
- Strong SQL skills for querying data warehouse tables and views
- Experience migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI (Desirable)
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and ability to explain technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences
