Job Summary
Administer development, test, and production servers for Power BI, including reloading, re-imaging, and debugging problems. Install, remove, and upgrade software packages across all environments while performing daily monitoring to ensure network functionality, connectivity, and load balance. Troubleshoot host environments to identify and resolve faults, then evaluate and implement solutions for system compliance. Remediate daily incident tickets, update system records, and create instructional guides for user training. Coordinate client contacts and provide operational recommendations to address availability and reliability issues.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Working expertise in Power BI systems administration and support
- Strong troubleshooting and systems evaluation skills
- U.S. Citizenship
- U.S. residency
- Eligibility for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government
