Job Summary
Lead Developer/Architect for Power Automate with UiPath migration expertise. Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop). Lead migrations from UiPath to Power Automate, collaborating with business teams to translate automation opportunities into technical requirements. Develop reusable components, connectors, and templates aligned with enterprise automation standards; ensure security, exception handling, logging, and governance across workflows. Conduct code and design reviews to maintain quality and compliance with IT and data governance policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including process owners, solution architects, and platform administrators. Provide technical mentorship to junior developers on automation best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 14+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years in RPA development and automation delivery
- Proven hands-on experience with both UiPath Studio/Orchestrator and Power Automate (Flow, Desktop, Power Apps integration)
- Strong understanding of RPA architecture, automation lifecycle, and workflow orchestration
- Experience migrating use cases, components, or frameworks from UiPath to Power Automate or vice versa
- Deep familiarity with API integration, data connectors, AI Builder, adaptive cards, and Power Platform ecosystem
- Strong scripting and debugging skills using VB.NET, Python, or JavaScript
- Expertise in error handling, logging frameworks, secure credential management, and governance models for enterprise-scale automation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with ability to work in a collaborative environment
