Job Summary
Develop PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and Azure Logic Apps while architecting end-to-end solutions that improve collaboration and productivity. Provide architecture, configuration, and functional support to expand Microsoft 365 capabilities, including designing UX, creating custom connectors, and migrating SharePoint applications. Lead project activities from assessment and requirement gathering through testing, UAT, Go-Live, and post-live support. Estimate efforts, costs, and timelines while writing technical design documents, test cases, and deployment guidelines. Liaise with business users to deliver enhancements and coordinate with team members. Support various projects and solutions directly with the client over a six-month contract with possible extension.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Office 365 development utilising PowerApps, Flows, Teams and SharePoint Online
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online modern UI, permissions, out-of-the-box web parts and features, user profile services, site templates, Hub sites, administration portal, etc
- Experience creating standalone, highly customised Canvas Apps with fully configurable user interfaces and layouts
- Ability to think, architect and design the UX of the App while simplifying the source system features by replicating the functionalities using SharePoint OOB, Power Platform and Azure services features
- Ability to create business processes and custom connectors with Microsoft Flow
- A clear understanding of PowerApps formulas, limitations, Power Platform licensing, and development methods
- Experience in the migration of SharePoint applications using Share Gate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies and technical and business concepts to multiple audiences
- Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred Certifications: PL 900 and PL 400 - Microsoft Power Platform Developer
- Experience in SharePoint Framework extension (SPFx) using React JS
- Experience in SharePoint on-prem, SharePoint designer and customised web parts, SharePoint master page and layout
- Ticketing tool knowledge in Cherwell or ServiceNow
- Proficient in creating PowerShell scripts using CSOM, PnP PowerShell and other modules
