Job Summary
Conduct registered psychiatric nursing care in Powell River, delivering clinical support for patients within the provincial opioid addiction treatment support program. Complete mandatory online training regarding the Provincial Opioid Addiction Treatment Support Program (POATS) upon assignment confirmation. Maintain valid British Columbia licensure, BLS certification, and a vulnerable sector check, while demonstrating strong independent clinical skills and communication abilities. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) with a valid license to practice in British Columbia
- Minimum 1 year Canadian experience as a RN/RPN
- BLS certification

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Valid BLS certification
- Vulnerable sector check (within 2 Years of application date)
- WHMIS certification (can be completed online)
