Job Summary
The Powder Paint Prep Operator is responsible for operating phosphatizing equipment and power hand tools to prep parts for painting, ensuring quality and safety. The role includes setting up and maintaining equipment, preparing products correctly, and maintaining accurate records. Operators must have the ability to operate a powered industrial truck (forklift) and overhead crane, with on-the-job training provided. The position requires good reading skills and experience with powered hand tools, while blueprint reading skills are preferred.
