Job Summary
Prepare parts for powder coating and apply electrostatic spray to various surfaces while performing routine equipment maintenance. Ensure process quality and consistency, strictly following safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment. Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and processes. This role operates on day and night shifts with competitive, competency-based pay and includes employer-paid health insurance, HSA options, flexible PTO, and 401(k) matching. Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in powder coating techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
