Job Summary
Manage a team of 40 operators overseeing daily man management, shot blasting supervision, and spray painting supervision within the Powder coating plant. Ensure quality of output while monitoring daily square feet production and LPG gas consumption. Direct fixturing methods for hanging parts and apply technical expertise in nano coating, phosphating, and robotic gun operations. Leverage deep knowledge of powder coating chemicals to maintain operational standards.
