Job Summary
Powder Coater I on a weekend shift responsible for painting and powder coating components to product specifications. Duties include unloading parts, preparing and applying paint/powder with proper tolerances and feed rate, maintaining clean work area, ensuring quality and timely shipments, and contributing to safety and continuous improvement. Must be able to lift/push/pull 50+ lbs and meet overtime/weekend requirements. Workplace is onsite at a Stryker facility with opportunities for weekend scheduling and shift premium.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Manufacturing experience beneficial
