Job Summary
Powder Coater responsible for the complete main powder coating process including moving sandblasted parts to the paint booth, removing debris with an air hose, coating parts using approved procedures per specifications, ensuring strict quality standards, and maintaining/cleaning equipment. Requires reading and operating basic measurement tools (tape measure, protractor, calipers), ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and English fluency. Previous 2-5 years of powder coating experience and a high school diploma or GED are required. Work is in-person at the Chandler, AZ facility with an 8-hour shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Salary ranges from $20.00 to $24.00 per hour with DOE; benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, PTO, referral program, and equal employment opportunity policy.
