Job Summary
Operate paint line and spray equipment, set pressure, and monitor coating quality while applying powder coatings to tanks and manufactured products. Hang, inspect, and touch up parts; mix paint and maintain equipment. Support material handling, staging, and job kitting activities by delivering materials to production areas and assisting with workflow needs. Maintain a clean, work environment and follow all safety and quality standards. Requires Saturday-Monday weekend shift with Tuesday–Friday training; pay is $19.50/hr plus 20% differential. Forklift experience and manufacturing/painting background preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to train on day shift
- Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn multiple functions
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Regular lifting of up to 50 lbs
- Ability to move materials throughout the facility
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of Forklift experience strongly preferred
- Manufacturing, painting, or powder coating experience preferred
