Job Summary
Powder Coat Painter responsible for surface preparation, applying powder coatings with electrostatic spray guns, and curing on the powder coat line to achieve durable finishes on metal products. Duties include surface prep (cleaning, sanding, masking), powder coating application with even coverage, operating curing ovens, conducting quality inspections and touch-ups, maintaining and cleaning equipment, and adhering to safety guidelines in the powder coating area. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to work with minimal supervision are valued.
