Job Summary
Operate and monitor the powder coating line to ensure specifications for temperature, time, and thickness are met. Apply powder coating materials to various substrates using electrostatic guns and inspect coated parts for defects such as runs or sags. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment including booths, spray guns, wash tanks, and conveyors while maintaining proper pH and chemical composition. Monitor inventory of pigments and chemicals, document production records, and suggest improvements to increase efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations regarding hazardous material handling.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation
- 5:00 am to 3:30 pm shift Monday through Thursday
- overtime when needed on Friday for 5:00 am to 3:30 pm
- sometimes Saturday for 5:00 am to 11:00 am
- Strong organizational skills

- Ability to use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect and maintain quality standards
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with coating systems

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certifications or training in industrial painting or related fields
