Job Summary
We are seeking a Powder Coat & Paint Manager to oversee daily operations of paint line and powder coating processes, ensuring high-quality finishes and maximum efficiency. The candidate should have strong leadership experience and a commitment to safety and quality.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in industrial powder coating or paint line operations
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Excellent leadership & problem-solving skills
- Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and best practices
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or production management systems.
