Job Summary
Powder Coat Loader responsible for ensuring quality prior to loading on the powder coat line, contributing to continuous improvement and team goals. Will provide feedback to team and supervisor, promote a positive work environment, follow Porter Corp’s procedures, work safely and efficiently, and stay customer focused. Role requires basic computer skills and EPICOR ERP experience; strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities are essential. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and minimal travel.
Required Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems
- Good communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be self-motivated and results oriented
- Safe and efficient hanging of parts
- Accuracy and quality of product prior to loading
