Job Summary
Load metal product onto rack systems, monitor conveying systems, shot blast equipment, and a four-stage wash system, and mask parts for high-quality throughput. Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, and processes to evaluate quality and performance while maintaining a safe, clean working environment by complying with all procedures and regulations. Cross-train in multiple areas including loading/unloading and supporting other functions as needed. Prioritize tasks and adapt to changes in a fast-paced, high-pressure manufacturing setting. Requires high organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under physically and mentally stressful situations. Occasionally requires off-site training and travel; working more than 40 hours per week may be frequent.

- Must be able to operate appropriate equipment- training will be provided.
- Must be able to conduct tests and inspections of products, services, and processes to evaluate quality and performance.
- Must maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Must be able to cross-train supporting other functions or roles on an as needed basis.
- Must be able to prioritize and easily adapt to changes through the day.
- Must be able to work under physically and mentally stressful situations.
- Must possess high organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and establish effective work priorities in a fast paced, high pressure environment.
- Capable of reading and interpreting a blue print.
- Production Laborer position requires a high level of attention to detail.
- Quality assurance through material and part monitoring.
- Ability to identify problems with the equipment.
- Great work ethic and highly motivated.
- Great time management skills
- Forklift license, preferred (training will be provided)
- Frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and reaching overhead, required.
- Frequent bending, squatting, and twisting, required.
- Ability to comply with safety requirements of manufacturing environment (for example: safety glasses, steel toe shoes, Tyvek suits, respirator, etc.), required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently, required.
- Ability to use hand and power tools, ability to hear sounds, sense of touch, sense of sight, required.
- Occasionally some off-site training and travel will be required.
- Working more than 40 hours per week may be required on a frequent basis in order to complete company deliverables.
Desired Qualifications
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED), preferred
- Or any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
