Job Summary
Pour and finish concrete in molds to specification: deposit concrete, spread and screed to rail height, and apply finishes to rear faces of precast panels. Monitor concrete placement for consistency and quality, assist with general production tasks, and maintain safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing/production setting. Requires basic math, ability to read a tape measure, teamwork, reliability, and willingness to learn; physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working up to 12-hour shifts with PPE as required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- willingness to learn and be trained
- ability to read a tape measure and perform basic calculations
- ability to work in physically demanding conditions
- good attendance and safe work practices
