Job Summary
Poultry Processor-Production Laborer positioned on Pilgrim’s hourly production team in De Queen, AR. Responsibilities include processing product using tools (including knives) and equipment per USDA and company standards, following operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations, observing equipment and safety issues, maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting teammates, and adhering to company safety, quality, and animal-welfare guidelines. Role requires standing 8-11 hours, working in cooler temperatures (around 40 degrees), and flexibility for some Saturday shifts.
