Job Summary
The Poultry Processing Supervisor is responsible for supervising production line personnel to ensure compliance with company policies and federal and state regulations while achieving high productivity. This role involves managing staff, optimizing production schedules, ensuring accurate reporting, identifying process improvements, leading safety initiatives, and providing mentorship and training. Applicants should have at least one year of manufacturing and leadership experience, alongside strong knowledge of food safety and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) years’ experience within a manufacturing setting
- Demonstrated one (1) years’ leadership experience
- Working knowledge of poultry processing, food safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, GMP and HACCP
- Proficient computer and math skills
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work non-standard or extended shifts including nights, weekends, and/or holidays as needed
