Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of tunnel ventilated broiler farms, providing strong leadership to ensure cost-effective and efficient bird production. Collaborate with ProTen Farm Management and staff to allocate daily tasks and maintain a continuous improvement culture. Assist the Farm Manager with all duties, offering guidance and support while proactively upholding safety, health, and quality standards across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years experience in supervisory roles within broiler/breeder farms
- suitable certification or relevant experience
- right to work in Australia
- high regard for Safety Health Environment and Quality
- passionate, competent, and hands-on leaders

- confident in working closely with staff in order to provide guidance and support and take a collaborative approach as you work alongside the Pro Ten Farm Management and staff
