Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations of cutting-edge tunnel ventilated broiler farms, providing strong leadership to ensure cost-effective and efficient bird production. Collaborate with ProTen Farm Management and staff to implement continuous improvement practices and maintain a positive Safety, Health, and Environment culture. Assist the Farm Manager with all duties, offering guidance to teams while upholding high standards of quality and operational efficiency. Work across various locations in Australia, applying a can-do attitude and proven self-starter skills to drive performance.
Required Qualifications
- at least two years experience in supervisory roles within broiler/breeder farms
- suitable certification or relevant experience
- right to work in Australia
- open minded, passionate, competent, and hands-on leaders

- confident in working closely with staff in order to provide guidance and support and take a collaborative approach as you work alongside the Pro Ten Farm Management and staff
- efficient, with excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- proven self-starter who is able to work well in a team
